Anger Management

Everyone gets angry- even the most even-tempered among us has occasional bouts of frustration and even rage.  Anger, itself, is a perfectly normal and even useful emotion.  However, when anger becomes uncontrollable, it becomes self-defeating or even self-destructive.  It is at this point that action needs to be taken so as to render the anger harmless or even useful.  Anger when used constructively can help us defend  and to express ourselves and ultimately act to change the situation so the causes of the anger can be ameliorated.
